Air-Cooled Power Resistor in Aluminium Case IP54

The ACPD resistor is enclosed in a hermetically sealed aluminium case and achieves with its silicone rubber grommet conformity to IP54 insulation level.
The ACPD resistor can be directly mounted on a flat surface or attached to a heat sink.
The dissipatable power can be considerably increased by up to 180% by forced air cooling.
This resistor can be installed indoors as well as outdoors, because the completely sealed construction needs no additional protection against environmental impact.
The maximum allowable surface temperature shall not exceed 250...360°C while the ACPD resistor is continuousloy working at nominal power.
